The Spars will take you some time. Lots of work on the Band Saw and filing. Using a router would have been faster.

HS Skin measured and cut. Note: there is a Left and Right skin

Bending HS skin with 2x4

pulling rib in Elevator close to skin and lining up with line for drilling. In this way it will be tight against the skin for the remaining holes

I used a hydralic press to bend Forward Spar (Thanks Chuck)
